Cancellation policy
According to Article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code, there is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Article 1382 of the Civil Code. Up to 90 days before the arrival date, the reservation can be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee. The paid deposit will be refunded. For cancellations by the guest within the period from the 90th to the 30th day before arrival, the deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the agreed arrival date, no-show of the guest, late arrival, or early departure of the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full. Please inform us in time if you are unable to take your holiday. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, and you are welcome to contact us for assistance.
