Villa is located in the peaceful neighborhood, 6.5 km from the town of Porec and its entertainment contents. It is 8 km from Lanterna that has beautiful beaches, and guests are welcome to use those beaches and enjoy all the benefits of nature and walks around the resort. Villa Luka has 492 m2 of yard, and the area of the house is 155 m2. The terrace with the sitting area is located at the northern side, and there is the balcony on the first floor. Two parking spaces are provided in the yard. At the back side of the villa there is the 28 m2 swimming pool, with one part of it being shallow and adequate for children, and the other part deeper for adults. There is the outdoor barbecue next to the pool, and table with chairs for meals and enjoyment. The villa is excellent for vacation with family and friends.
