Our reservation policy is as follows: When accepting the reservation you will pay 50% in advance and the remaining 50% will be paid on the day of entry into the accommodation. It is done by bank transfer. In this case, if you have to cancel the reservation for justified reasons, you have 21 days before the arrival date and we will refund the 50% previously paid.

Holiday destination
The holiday home is located in a peaceful area in a cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Tegueste. The outer perimeter is surrounded by fences. You'll find supermarkets, butchers' and fishmongers' shops, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, hairdressers, self-service laundrettes, bookshops and more within walking distance of the accommodation. Parking spaces available.
Getting there
There's free parking in front of the house if you come in a rental car. If you choose to come via public transport, you'll find a bus stop 250 metres from the accommodation that offers connections to Tenerife's main tourist areas and both of the island's two airports: Los Rodeos Airport (Tenerife North) and Reina Sofía Airport (Tenerife South). TITSA is the public transport company. You'll find a rechargeable transport voucher machine at the airport.

Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut. Es gibt alles, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Sehr Angenehm ist die Ruhe abseits des Tourismus. Trotzdem kann man Supermärkte und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichen. Der dazugehörende Garten lädt zum entspannen ein. Rosario und Ihr Mann sind sehr herzlich und erfüllen einem jeden Wunsch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
