The romantic holiday home features two large bathrooms and 4 bedrooms on several levels. It's also ideal for two people who have difficulty climbing stairs, offering a wonderful holiday experience on the ground floor.
The holiday home Il Sole has two entrances. The first entrance leads from a terrace with a large table ( ( people ) and a large shady tree into a ground floor apartment with a renovated bathroom, large kitchen, and a bedroom with a large double bed.
This floor is ideal for people who want or need to avoid stairs. A steep staircase takes you to the upper floor.
Or from the side entrance (which you'll find in the garden near the pool), you enter the first floor and directly into a small second kitchen, modern and very elegant. Here you have a small table with 4 chairs.
Continuing into the house, on the left side, there is a very elegant and well-equipped bathroom with a window and a shower. A renovated bathroom, on the right, a double room with a large double bed.
Then you pass through a small cozy living room with a sofa and TV.
A door separates the steep staircase, which leads to the attic where you will find two renovated double rooms, each with 2 French beds.
The entire house has a Tuscan style with beams.
On the terrace with the good barbecue spot, you can enjoy the evenings with a fine meal and a good glass of wine. The house has its own swimming pool with evening lighting in the garden, completely fenced.
