This ground floor apartment is quietly situated in Cadzand-Bad, just a few minutes away from the beach and sea. It has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The living room with dining area features a sliding door with access to the front garden with garden furniture and two wooden sun loungers. The kitchen includes an oven, a gas stove, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. There is also a microwave. There is one bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm), and a (children's) bedroom with a bunk bed. Through the living room, you reach the bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. On the other side of the bathroom, you access the main bedroom. Behind the main bedroom is another sunny sitting area with wooden garden furniture.
There is a private parking space that can be secured with an iron gate.
A maximum of 1 dog is allowed in this house.

This house can be rented weekly, midweek, or for the weekend.
In the high season (July-August), it is only available for weekly rental with Friday as the check-in and check-out day.
Outside the high season, Monday and Friday are possible as check-in and check-out days. Other days upon request.

This lovely apartment is located in the center of Cadzand-Bad, just 150 meters from the beach and the sea, and close to the shopping arcade. Enjoy a wonderful holiday in Cadzand-Bad. Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southernmost tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth that are found there, and for sun worshippers, it's the place in the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine per year.

If the tenant cancels a rental contract for any reason, they are obligated to pay compensation to the landlord in the amount of the rent or a portion thereof.
Cancellations by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or email).
In this case, the following rules apply:
From the time of booking up to six weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental period up to the second week before the start, we will charge you 75%. From two weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge 100%. In addition, you will also pay €35 in administrative costs. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any payments already made will be refunded. To avoid discussions, we recommend that the tenant take out cancellation insurance with a (travel) insurance company.
