Cancellation policy
Cancellation
Due to special circumstances, the landlord may be forced to cancel or terminate the rental agreement. Cancellation or termination must be made in writing. In this case, the landlord will do their utmost to offer the tenant an alternative. If this is not to the tenant's satisfaction, the landlord will refund all amounts paid by the tenant, without further liability on the part of the landlord.
The tenant is entitled to cancel or terminate the rental agreement in accordance with the following provisions.
Cancellation or termination must be made in writing to Schoonzicht Holiday.
If you cancel within 8 days of booking, the option right becomes effective. (see point Option Right).
If you cancel after 8 days and up to three months before the start of the rental period, 15% of the net rent will be charged.
If you cancel between three months and one month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the net rent will be charged.
If you cancel up to one month and one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the net rent will be charged.
Cancellations made less than one week before the start of the rental period will be charged the full net rent.
Administrative costs are always due in the event of a cancellation.
Upon receipt of a cancellation by the tenant, the landlord will issue a cancellation invoice taking into account the provisions of this article. Amounts already paid will be settled according to the content of the cancellation invoice, and the remaining balance will be refunded in favor of the tenant.

Ein wahrer Juwel ist dieses wunderschöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich ab der ersten Sekunde wohl. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es fehlt wirklich nichts.
