Extremely well-appointed with no waste space and with everything in equipment. A large quality kitchen with practical tiled floors and underfloor heating - a natural gathering point for the whole family when cooking. From the charming living room, which of course has a wood burning stove and several exits to the terraces, there is a lovely view of the surrounding nature, which is beautifully hilly right in this area. The cottage has 2 beautiful bathrooms, one of which has a sauna and bathtub. There is room for 2 cars in the carport, while there is a short distance to both the beach and shopping. A really nice completed cottage in Rindby. Beautiful holiday homes on Fanø on the west coast of Denmark! Free final cleaning!

Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
