Das Haus war charmant und hatte einen authentischen Sommerhaus-Charme, allerdings war es aufgrund der vielen hohen Bäume auf dem Grundstück recht dunkel. Daher gibt es auch keine Abendsonne (ab ca. 18 Uhr) auf dem Grundstück
