As you step onto the property, your vacation begins, with palm trees and olive trees lining the path to the finca. You enter the main house through a bright living room with cozy seating and a fireplace. The light colors and Majorcan decor create a high comfort factor.
The living area transitions into an open dining room area with a kitchen that invites you to cook together. The rustic table seats up to 6 people. The kitchen lacks nothing, it is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven with ceramic hob and extractor hood, dishwasher, and microwave. Direct access to the terrace offers you the opportunity to move between the indoor and outdoor areas.
From the living room, the two bedrooms branch off a separate hallway. Each has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a toilet, washbasin, and large shower, another bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin is located next to the second bedroom. All rooms are equipped with heating and air conditioning.
In addition to the main house, a casita can be rented for two more people. It is 8m from the main house and offers another bedroom with its own en suite bathroom (toilet and walk-in shower). The bedroom is designed in natural stone and features a corner bathtub and a fireplace.
In a small separate laundry house, a washing machine and an iron are available for you.
The finca has a secluded pool (9m x 5m x 1.5m) with beautiful terrace areas and an outdoor shower. You will find covered sun-protected or open, spacious sunbathing areas throughout the property that invite you to relax and unwind.
The main house is suitable for up to 4 people. The Casita (annex) remains locked for rentals up to 4 people and is only rented out when you add a 5th or 6th guest to your booking. The Casita (annex) is also not rented out separately to other holiday guests.

The house is the ideal vacation spot for those seeking peace, golfers, hikers, and especially for guests who want to discover and enjoy the beauties of Mallorca away from mass tourism.
The charming town of Arta, with its widely recognizable landmark, the fortress hill with its church, offers all shopping facilities and some very unusual cafes and restaurants.
To reach the finca, a rental car is necessary.

25% of the rental price for cancellations up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period
60% of the rental price for cancellations from the 41st day up to the 28th day before the start of the rental period
90% of the rental price for cancellations from the 27th day before the start of the rental period or in case of no-show
