In the event of a rental withdrawal from the entered rental agreement, the following cancellation fees must be paid by the tenant - unless otherwise specified in the rental contract:
• from the start of the binding rental agreement up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the pure rental price
• from 30 days before arrival: 95% of the pure rental price
• "No Show" or rental termination during the agreed rental period: 100% of the pure rental price

This picturesque place has very ancient origins, with a history reflected in the "Palazzi" of different eras. Particularly attractive is the public beach with its spacious lawn (grass and sand), where you can find shade under the trees in summer; this beach is especially suitable for children.
