This unique villa boasts a rather specific architecture, but with its cleverly designed exterior and interior, it will delight eight guests. They will sleep in four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are decorated in a modern style with many wooden materials, adding extra warmth to the interior and ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. There is a special fitness area with a treadmill, weight bench, and other equipment for a good workout. On sunny days, which are plentiful in Vodice, guests of the villa can enjoy a carefully landscaped garden featuring an outdoor pool where one can sunbathe on one of the eight comfortable loungers. Next to the pool, there is a cottage with a grill and a covered dining area, so guests can enjoy a lovely outdoor experience even in bad weather. In the evenings, from the villa's many terraces, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea, the bay, and the city.

In case of cancellation up to 35 days prior to arrival, the agency will refund the entire prepaid amount within 7 business days. Otherwise, the prepayment will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the reservation 34 days before the day of the service, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged to the guest, i.e., the agency is not obliged to refund the paid accommodation price.
