Cancellation policy
Cancellation before the start of the rental period is possible at any time. The decisive factor is the receipt of the written cancellation notice by the landlord. The following deadlines and compensation obligations apply:
- up to 91 days before the start of the rental period = 30% of the rental price
- from the 90th to the 61st day before the start of the rental period = 50% of the rental price
- from the 60th to the 15th day before the start of the rental period = 80% of the rental price
In case of later cancellation or no-show, the entire rental price will be charged.
Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

Holiday destination
The 5-star villa park De Banjaard is situated in a tranquil location not far from Veerse Meer, Vrouwenpolder, and Kamperland, right by the fantastic North Sea beach, which has been consecutively awarded the title of the most beautiful and cleanest beach in the Netherlands since 2010.
It is stylish – surrounded by high dunes – spacious with lots of greenery and water features, truly an architectural triumph.

Getting there
By car from the Ruhr area to Venlo via the A 40 motorway to Eindhoven, then continue
either via - Breda - Tilburg - Roosendaal to Zeeland towards Vlissingen
or alternatively via Antwerp, follow the Antwerp motorway ring towards Breda, take the exit towards Bergen op Zoom (A 12) and later towards Vlissingen, then take the exit Goes (N 256) towards Zieriksee.
After the lock, take the turn-off towards Kamperland (N 255) for about 4 km to Banjaard. Leave the roundabout at the 2nd exit and follow the direction sign to the park "Noordseerésidence de Banjaard" (Oosterscheldelaan is the 2nd turn-off in the ring around the center)!

Das Haus ist liebevoll und sehr schön eingerichtet. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Besonders toll fanden wir die Sauna und den Kamin. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, mit einem windgeschützten Platz und mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Besonders loben möchten wir die Sauberkeit des Hauses bei unserer Ankunft. Auch war der Kontakt mit den Vermietern sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Der Weg zum Supermarkt und Strand ist nicht weit. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus. Es war alles vorhanden und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
