Cancellation policy
If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the rental starts, 50% of the rental price will be charged, if you cancel less than 4 weeks but more than 2 weeks before the rental starts, 75% will be charged, and if cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks before the rental starts, 90% of the rental price will be charged.
Taking out a travel cancellation insurance policy is the responsibility of the renter if needed.

Getting there
De aankomst is bij voorkeur op zaterdag of zondag. Natuurlijk kunt u, na voorafgaande afspraak, op elke dag van de week aankomen.

That's right! One should enjoy every moment! For almost 30 years, we have been spending our time in beautiful North Holland and try with a lot of passion to make it as nice and cozy as possible in our two houses for our renters.

Ruhige Lage im familienfreundlichen und sehr strandnahen Bungalowpark. Einkaufen, Sehenswürdigkeite, Spiel- und Sportangebote in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr kinderfreundlich! Das Haus ist für Familien perfekt geeignet mit kleinem Garten. Sehr sauber und alles funktionsfähig. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit guter Lage in einem schönen Bungalowpark inkl. tollem Spielplatz für die Kinder. Der Strand und das Meer sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Für uns ein prima Ort für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
