Cancellation policy

Our property adheres to the general cancellation terms of the Austrian Hotel and Restaurant Association. Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. Thereafter, the following charges apply: from 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the travel price from 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the travel price from 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show 90% of the travel price as cancellation fees. Cancellations are only accepted in written form!
