Cancellation policy
§ 4 Cancellation and Termination of Stay
If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, and if re-renting is not possible, the deposit will be retained and the following proportional rents will be charged as compensation for cancellation:
- up to 90 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
- up to 60 days before the start of the rental: 55% of the rental price
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental: 75% of the rental price
- from 29 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price
- in case of no-show without cancellation: 100% of the rental price
The landlord will attempt to re-rent the property.
The tenant can at any time prove that the landlord has incurred less damage.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price.
A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The decisive date is the day the statement is received by the landlord.
In the event of cancellation before the start of the rental, a processing fee of 100 € will be charged in any case, which will be offset against the deposit if applicable.
It is strongly recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
