Sa Nau, a charming little holiday home in the front line in S'Estanyol. The Mediterranean Sea is right at your doorstep, and the beach is just a short walk away, perfect for an unforgettable vacation in Mallorca! The house is functionally furnished and has two double bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower and a toilet on the first floor. It has space for up to 4 people plus a baby.
Despite having direct neighbors, this is a very quiet residential area, so you can enjoy the sound of the sea during your well-deserved vacation. The house has 2 bedrooms with single beds each. On the ground floor, you will find a shower room, kitchen, living and dining room with a fireplace. On the first floor, you will find the two bedrooms and a toilet. On the private terrace, you have seating for 4 people, so you can also dine in the evening with a dream view. You also have an outdoor shower.
From 2022, there is even air conditioning in the holiday home. Unfortunately, the house does not have internet, but the nearby restaurants have Wi-Fi so you can connect there for a short time. Pets are welcome here.

This charming little holiday home is ideally situated, first line, close to the beach and shopping facilities just 2km away. In the nearby Colonia de Sant Pere, you will find the nearest restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. There, you will also discover a quaint little harbor with a small promenade.

§ 4 Cancellation and Early Termination
If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions and if re-renting is not possible, the deposit will be retained and the following proportional rents are to be paid as compensation:
Cancellation:
- up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 55% of the rental price
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
- from 29 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
- in case of no-show without cancellation: 100% of the rental price
The landlord will make an effort to re-rent the property.
The tenant can at any time prove that the landlord's loss is less.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The date on which the landlord receives the notice is decisive.
In the event of cancellation before the start of the rental period, a processing fee of 100 € will be charged in any case, which may be offset against the deposit.
It is strongly recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
