Cancellation policy
Section 4 Cancellation and Termination of Stay
If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions and if re-renting is not possible, the deposit will be retained and the following proportional rents will be charged as compensation:
Cancellation:
- up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 55% of the rental price
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
- from 29 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
- in case of no-show without cancellation: 100% of the rental price
The landlord will make an effort to re-rent the property.
The tenant can at any time prove that the landlord has suffered less damage.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The decisive factor is the date the statement is received by the landlord.
In the event of cancellation before the start of the rental period, a processing fee of 100 € will be charged in any case, which may be offset against the deposit.
It is strongly recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

The finca is located about 3 km outside of Petra. Despite its idyllic setting, it's only about 20 minutes away from the beaches of Playa de Muro and Son Serra de Marina. Petra is a small rural town on the Balearic Island of Mallorca. All in all, Petra appears sleepy and far from any hustle and bustle. The surrounding area is home to the grapes for well-known, very good wines. In honor of the founder of the city, Saint Francis, who was born here, the Juniper Serra Museum was established. Located on the streets: Carrer Barracar / Fray Juniper Serra, there is a note on the door indicating where to pick up the key for the museum. The small museum contains memorabilia of the Franciscan friar Fray Junipero Serra, who was born in Petra on November 24, 1713. Besides this attraction, there are also various other historical sites and points of interest as well as several wine cellars, bodegas, and diverse restaurants. A railway line connects Manacor and Palma, with a train station in Petra.
