Cancellation policy
If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the arrival day or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date on which the notice of cancellation is received will be considered the date of cancellation (in case of Sundays or public holidays, the following working day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the total amount of the reservation.

This authentic Istrian stone house is located in the village of Zgrabljici, not far from Sveti Lovrec and 10 km from Porec and the sea. A typical Istrian tavern is just 500 m away, there is also a wine road nearby, and the Lim Canal is 8 km away.

The tourist office is open daily from 09:00 to 20:00 during the summer months. Please check in here. Upon presentation of your voucher, you will be picked up by the owner of your holiday accommodation or guided by a pilot to your holiday apartment.
If you are unable to arrive within the agency's opening hours due to traffic jams or other circumstances, please contact the agency by phone in good time.
