Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or change a reservation please advise us as soon as possible. In many cases reservations can be re-arranged to accommodate changes in circumstance; we will do our very best to find an agreeable solution.
In the event of a full cancellation where no solution can be found, the following charges apply:
A Cancellation made up to 8 weeks before the arrival date - 50% of the total apartment cost (deposit only).
A Cancellation made between 4 and 8 weeks before the arrival date - 75% of the total apartment cost.
A Cancellation made less than 4 weeks before the arrival date - 100% of the total apartment cost.
For security in the event of a cancellation we recommend that guests take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance and can recommend the Europäsiche Reisevesicherung.
