Cancellation policy
In order to confirm the reservation, 30% advance payment is required. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 48 hours after the advance payment, if there are more than 30 days until the start of the service, the Agency will refund the full amount paid in advance within 7 working days. Otherwise, the advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the reservation 29 days before the day of using the service, the guest is charged 100% of the total price of the reservation, i.e., the Agency has no obligation to refund the paid amount of the accommodation price.
