Villa Pepe is located in the area near the town of Passo Ripe, in the province of Ancona, in the northern part of the Marche region.
The villa is located near Senigallia, which is certainly one of the most sought-after seaside resorts in the province, due to its crystal clear waters and very soft sand, so much so that its beaches are been renamed "velvet".
Senigallia's seafront promenade is full of seafood restaurants, bars, and cafés that open directly onto the beach, thus giving the possibility of spending the whole day on the beach and then tasting some seafood specialties or having a nice aperitif while admiring the sea.
Senigallia, however, is not all about beaches and sea: there is also the possibility of strolling through the city center and admiring the churches and beautiful monuments, such as the Rocca Roveresca, a symbol of military architecture from different eras perfectly harmonized with each other.
Other well-known seaside resorts are Marotta or Fano to the north, or the beautiful Conero Riviera to the south, which undoubtedly hosts many of the most beautiful beaches in the region.
Near the structure is also the famous village of Corinaldo, known as one of the "most beautiful villages in Italy". The town is surrounded by perfectly preserved fifteenth-century walls and has unique attractions not to be missed, such as, for example, the famous Piaggia, where the Pozzo della Polenta is located.
Other interesting villages in the vicinity of Trecastelli are: Ostra Vetere, Mondavio, Morro d'Alba, Nidastore and Loretello, and Arcevia.
This area is renowned for the local production of wines, in particular for the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, and for the Lacrima di Morro d'Alba, and for the numerous gastronomic specialties.
The villa is located in a quiet area near the town of Passo Ripe, and is surrounded by a large, fully fenced garden, where guests can enjoy the beautiful summer days in tranquillity.
