Villa Tomasi is close to San Pietro in Bevagna and Manduria with its historic old town. Maruggio, Avetrana, Porto Cesareo. Oria and Campomarino are in the vicinity and can be reached in a short drive. The villa is also the ideal starting point to discover the cultural sights and historic cities of Puglia. Numerous highlights are located in the semi-star-shaped area and can be reached by car in 1–1.5 h. These include Alberobello (Trulli city), Lecce (historical old town with excavations), Locorotondo, Polignano a Mare (cave restaurant, cliff divers), Fasano (largest safari park in Europe), Grottaglie (ceramic town), Otranto (port town), Ostuni (the white town), Gallipoli (historical old town in the harbour), Matera (World Heritage Site), or S. Maria di Leuca (southernmost town in Apulia)
Shopping and enjoyment
After a short drive, you can reach several supermarkets, bakeries, and butchers in S. Pietro di Bevagna, Manduria, Maruggio, and Avetrana. You can enjoy Pugliese specialities, pizza, or international classics in the numerous restaurants or in one of the typical local masserias in the vicinity.
Beach life
The region by the sea has retained its rural charm. The coasts of the Ionian Sea are still open and unspoilt. The beautiful sandy beach in San Pietro in Bevagna or the dune beaches of Torre Borracco can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. Punta Prosciutto, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Ionian coast with a turquoise sea is just 10 km from San Pietro in Bevagna.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Tomasi war traumhaft! Die Lage ist unschlagbar und nicht weit von den schönsten Stränden entfernt. Das Haus selbst ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, makellos sauber und bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt.
Der Außenbereich war perfekt für unseren Urlaub: der Pool, die zahlreichen Sitzecken und die große Terrasse mit dem Ausblick auf die Landschaft und das Meer war unseren Lieblingsorte. Die absolute Ruhe beim Haus war unbezahlbar.
Die Gastgeber Isabella und Thomas waren freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Die vielen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants waren goldwert und haben unseren Aufenthalt noch bereichert.
Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus so wohlgefühlt und können es jedem empfehlen, der einen erholsamen inmitten der Natur Urlaub sucht

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Tomasi. Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Einrichtung perfekt bis ins kleinste Detail. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!
Begeistert waren wir auch von der Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer. Tipps für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung des Hauses sowie Restaurants erhielten wir bereits vor unserer Anreise. Die Lage in Bezug auf fantastische Strände und malerische Städte ist unübertroffen.
Die Dependance eignet sich hervorragend für Kinder oder Freunde, sodass diese unabhängig und dennoch in der Nähe sind. Der Pool ist erstklassig, super temperiert und die Aussenküche ein großes Plus.
Am Ende unseres Urlaubs waren wir uns alle einig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
