After a short drive, you can reach several supermarkets, bakeries, and butchers in S. Pietro di Bevagna, Manduria, Maruggio, and Avetrana. You can enjoy Pugliese specialities, pizza, or international classics in the numerous restaurants or in one of the typical local masserias in the vicinity.
Beach life
The region by the sea has retained its rural charm. The coasts of the Ionian Sea are still open and unspoilt. The beautiful sandy beach in San Pietro in Bevagna or the dune beaches of Torre Borracco can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. Punta Prosciutto, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Ionian coast with a turquoise sea is just 10 km from San Pietro in Bevagna.
