Cancellation policy
If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of your rental period, we will charge 25% of the total price. From the 29th day we charge 90% of the total price, and from 7 days before the start of the rental period we charge 100% of the total price. We recommend adding cancellation insurance to your holiday booking.

Holiday destination
Rittersheim is a small community with around 200 residents. It is only three kilometres from the county town of Kirchheimbolanden with its many shopping opportunities and its baroque old town. The greater Rhine-Main and Rhine-Neckar areas can be reached within one hour. The Palatinate Forest is in the immediate vicinity, and the Donnersberg, at 686 m the highest elevation in the Palatinate Forest, can be reached in 15 minutes. What's more, Rheinhessen also attracts visitors with many hiking trails and beautiful wine villages. We offer "Pfalzcard" to our guests which gives free access to many tourist attractions in the region.
Getting there
You can arrive by car via the A 63, exit Kirchheimbolanden (3 km), or via the A 61, exit Gundersheim (12 km).

Ein wunderschönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus das umsichtig und liebevoll von den Besitzern hergerichtet wurde. Alles wirkt nagelneu und ist blitzsauber und sehr gepflegt.
Im Haus gibt es viele sehr schöne Plätze und Ecken (auch im Garten) zum Entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Alles ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail perfekt für die Gäste bereitet. Die hochwertige Einrichtung ließ uns die Tage sehr genießen und sehr erholsam schlafen.
Die Vermieter sind supernett, immer erreichbar und umsorgen ihre Gäste sehr. Eine echte Rundumempfehlung.

Ferienhaus 1820 ist ein liebevoll restauriertes Bauernhaus und müsste eigentlich Ferienhof1820 heißen, weil man nicht nur in einem sehr geräumigen Ferienhaus mit 3 Etagen residiert, sondern auch noch eine Scheune, eine kuschelige Liegewiese und einen geräumigen Innenhof vor dem Ferienhaus während des Aufenthaltes sein Eigen nennen darf (man kann mit dem Auto direkt vor der Eingangstür parken). Familie Ebert hat an alles gedacht, damit man einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt genießen kann. Insbesondere der Ordner mit Unterlagen zu möglichen Ausflugszielen und Unternehmungen ist bombastisch! Aber auch die Notfallausrüstung im Bad (Zahnbürsten etc.) und in der Küche zeigen mit welcher Umsicht hier die Gäste verwöhnt werden.
Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Besuch!
