In case of cancellation of the reservation, the Company will have the right to withhold part of the total price as follows: - No later than 30 days before the start of the rental period - 0% of the total price; - Less than 30 days before the start of the rental period - 100% of the total price. 50% deposit refundable up to 30 days before arrival, after non-refundable. The rate becomes NON-REFUNDABLE within 30 days of arrival.

Holiday destination

The complex is within 2 minutes’ walk of one of the most beautiful public beaches in the area. The beach is equipped with toilets, showers, a basketball and a beach volleyball court, a skate park and a playground for kids. At just few steps away from Golfo Gabella there is also an Auditorium. Moreover at 500 meters from the residence there is the centre of the village with a small supermarket, bars and restaurants.

Getting there

Reception: Viale Lungo Lago Girardi 6, 21061 Maccagno con Pino e Veddasca (VA), Italy. You can collect the keys of your apartment directly at the Reception during the following hours:  High season: -15:00-17: 00 from Monday to Sunday;  Mid and low season: -15:00-17: 00 from Monday to Saturday. Check-in after 17:00 or on Sunday (in mid and low season) must be agreed in advance. If you are expected to arrive outside the check-in time, please let us know and we will be happy to prepare the self check-in for you.
