Beim geplanten Urlaubsbeginn erfuhr ich von der Vermieterin der Ferienwohnung, dass Belvilla nicht für mich gebucht hat. Unnötige Anfahrt von 450 km und natürlich Stress und Ärger darüber inklusive. Trotz unzähliger Versuche konnte kein Mitarbeiter von Belvilla telefonisch erreicht werden. Also keine Hilfe von Belvilla. Ich musste wieder nach Hause fahren. Belvilla hat mir und meiner Gattin den Urlaub komplett verdorben. Bisher habe ich auch, trotz mehrfacher Mahnungen, meine Zahlung noch nicht zurück bekommen.
