Holiday destination
Santa Margalida is a typical Mallorcan village in the north-east of the island, only around 10 km from Can Picafort. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés in the town, especially around the market square. There is also a market there every Tuesday and Saturday morning, where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables and other typical island goods. From the elevated church of Santa Margalida and the viewpoint next to it, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding area.
