Modern and renovated townhouse off the beaten track with a modern, bright living concept. On the ground floor is the open-plan living/dining area with the adjoining kitchen, which also gives you access to the terrace with pool. An open gallery-like staircase leads you to the 1st floor, where you will find the two bedrooms, both with double beds (180 x 200 m each) and a shower room. A separate guest WC is located on the ground floor.
A staircase also leads to the 30 square metre roof terrace with hammock.
The large terrace on the ground floor with pool is ideal for starting the day in a relaxed manner or ending it with a lovely dinner. The house is fully air-conditioned (hot/cold), has WiFi and a satellite TV with Netflix. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine/dryer.

Holiday destination
Santa Margalida is a typical Mallorcan village in the north-east of the island, only around 10 km from Can Picafort. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés in the town, especially around the market square. There is also a market there every Tuesday and Saturday morning, where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables and other typical island goods. From the elevated church of Santa Margalida and the viewpoint next to it, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding area.

In the event you wish to cancel your booking or that you have not paid the deposit in due course, the following charges will apply:
90 - 61 days before arrival date: 50% of the total sum
60 - 31 days before arrival date: 75% of the total sum
as of 30 days before arrival date: 90% of the total sum
