Belvilla vermittelt den Eindruck, dass es sich um ein freistehendes Ferienhaus handelt, das Platz für 18 Personen bietet. In Wirklichkeit ist dies ein Kaffeehaus, in dem man gemeinsam essen und entspannen kann, und vier separate Häuser, die es in einem Roompot-Park umgeben. Außerdem habe ich Belvilla zweimal angerufen und gefragt, warum mein Hund nicht mitkommen durfte, obwohl auf der Website stand, dass Hunde willkommen seien. Laut Belvilla war der Hund in diesem speziellen Haus nicht willkommen (Singular). Bei Roompot angekommen stellte sich heraus, dass wir 5 Häuser gemietet hatten, von denen mein Hund in 4 Häusern willkommen war. Kurz gesagt, Belvilla erweckte weiterhin den Eindruck, dass es sich um ein einziges Haus handelte, obwohl dies nicht der Fall war. Sehr enttäuschend, wenn man das so sieht. Wir werden nie wieder bei Belvilla buchen

Belvilla vermittelt den Eindruck, dass es sich um ein freistehendes Ferienhaus handelt, in dem 18 Personen schlafen können. In Wirklichkeit ist dies ein Kaffeehaus, in dem Sie zusammen essen und entspannen können, und 4 separate Häuser, die es auf einem Sahnetopfpark umgeben. Außerdem habe ich Belvilla zweimal angerufen, warum mein Hund nicht erlaubt war, während auf der Website Hunde willkommen waren. Laut Belvilla war der Hund in diesem bestimmten Haus (Singular) nicht willkommen. Bei roompot stellte sich heraus, dass wir 5 Häuser gemietet hatten, von denen mein Hund in 4 Häusern willkommen war. Kurz gesagt, Belvilla erweckte weiterhin den Eindruck, dass es sich um 1 Haus handelte, obwohl dies nicht der Fall war. Sehr enttäuschend, wenn man davon ausgeht. Wir werden nie wieder bei Belvilla buchen
