Cancellation policy
The cancellation fees will not apply if you can name a replacement tenant.
If the lessor is able to find a replacement tenant, you will not be charged any cancellation fees and any payments made up to that point will be refunded.
Cancellations must be made to the lessor in writing.
The following cancellation fees apply:
Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge
Cancellations made from the 13th to the last day before arrival: 90% of the total price
Cancellations made on the day of arrival and no-shows: 100% of the total price is payable
If the guest/tenant ends their stay prematurely, 100% of the total price must be paid.
In the event of an accommodation ban – the following options apply:
You can cancel free of charge and have all the payments you made up to that point refunded, or move your booking to another date for free
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Getting there
If you're coming by car, take the Vetschau exit from the A15 Autobahn (motorway) and drive in the direction of Burg (Spreewald) via Müschen. When you reach the district of Burg-Dorf, follow the main road and take the second side road on the right (called 'Kantorweg') after the church. You'll see our country house on the right-hand side. You can park your vehicle directly on the plot of land in front of the holiday home.
To get here by train, travel to Vetschau railway station or Cottbus central station. When you get there, take a bus or a taxi to continue on to Burg. You'll find a bus stop around 100m from your accommodation.
