Cancellation policy
The tenant may withdraw from the rental contract (make a cancellation) at any time. In the event of such a withdrawal (cancellation), the lessor will claim a cancellation fee in accordance with the following sliding scale:
100% refund if you cancel at least 90 days before the agreed start of your stay - free cancellation.
Cancellations made 89 to 60 days before the agreed start of your stay: 30% of the rental price.
Cancellations made 59 to 30 days before the agreed start of your stay: 50% of the rental price.
Cancellations made 29 to 14 days before the agreed start of your stay: 70% of the rental price.
Cancellations made 14 to 0 days before the agreed start of your stay: 80% of the rental price.
100% of the rental price will be charged if you fail to arrive.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance as a precaution.
There are plenty of parking spaces. You can park your vehicle right in front of the house on the public road. Parking on the property and the driveways (on the paved areas) is permitted by prior arrangement,
Parties or events of any kind are not permitted. The outdoor area is under video surveillance.

Weekly rental preferred over New Year's Eve, Easter, Pentecost, Christmas and the high season.
Dogs are not allowed in the upper floor apartment!!
For a short stay of up to 4 nights we charge a surcharge of 89.- €
For stays of 5 nights or more, this surcharge is waived completely!
The whirlpool is available from 1 March to 5 October daily from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The mountain bike park is a paradise for mountain bikers. The Palatinate Forest is an ideal backdrop and a fantastic region for mountain biking. To be more precise, that means you can expect to enjoy 300 kilometres of well-signposted tours that can also be navigated using GPS. Lots of nature with deer parks, museums, castles, mountains, towers and bodies of water. Or check out the highly interesting Dynamicum in Pirmasens,
Holiday destination
The local area has castle ruins and palaces to discover and plenty of hiking, cycling and mountain biking routes for you to enjoy. You'll also find various brochures for a wide range of activities waiting for you in our holiday home. We highly recommend paying a visit to the Japanese Garden in Kaiserslautern.
Getting there
Key safe: Shortly before arrival, you'll receive a code to open the key safe at the holiday home. This gives you the flexibility to arrive any time after 3 p.m.
Coming from the north, take the A 6 near Kaiserslautern, then the B 48 to Johanniskreuz and continue on the L 496.
Or if you're coming from the south, travel via the B 10, the B 48 and the L 496

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit vielen Freizeit Möglichkeiten.
Für mich, sind neben diesen zwei Faktoren, immer wichtig wie sauber ich alles vor finde und wie gut ich auf den Matratzen schlafe., In beiden Kriterien kann ich volle Punkte vergeben. Auch in der Ausstattung hat mir nichts gefehlt.
Wer Trubel sucht ist hier falsch alle anderen kommen hier voll auf ihre kosten und finden genügend Tagfüllende Ausflüge oder auch totale Ruhe und Erholung.
Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung nur weiter empfehlen.
