Cancellation policy
Article 6:
Cancellation
1.
In the event of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay the operator
compensation. This amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs three months or
earlier before the start date;
- 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between three
and two months before the start date;
- 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs between two
months and one month before the start date;
- 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs within one
month before the start date;
- 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation occurs on the start
date.

The compensation will be refunded on a pro-rata basis minus the
administrative costs if the spot is reserved by a third party on
the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with the written
consent of the operator for the same period or part of the period.

Bungalow Park Dirkshoeve is nestled in the heart of the typical North Holland polder landscape, right at the center of the village Dirkshorn. In this holiday park, you can enjoy sun, sea, beach, and dunes. The beach is accessible by bike, and in the spring, you can almost immediately walk into the tulip fields, which are definitely worth a visit! Numerous cycling and hiking trails are available. The park is equipped with a playground where the kids can play outside. This park is ideal for a family vacation and also offers seniors a beautiful environment to discover and experience. There's plenty to do in the surrounding area. Visit Schagen or a golf course. The playground De Holle Bolle Boom, Monkey Town, Van Blanckendaell Zoo, and the amusement park De Goudvis guarantee hours of fun for the children!
Surroundings of Villa Goudvink
Near the holiday home Goudvink, there are lovely facilities and many activities are organized. In Callantsoog, for example, you will find several restaurants and beach pavilions for a nice snack and a drink. A supermarket is just around the corner for all your groceries.
The beach is accessible by bike, and many activities are organized here in the summer. For example, a morning horseback ride or learning to kitesurf at the local kitesurfing school. The many walking and cycling paths through the beautiful dune area will lead you to nearby places like Julianadorp aan Zee and Schoorl.
