Cancellation Policy: 1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. This fee consists of a fixed amount for administrative costs of â‚¬22.50 and a portion of the price: In the event of cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price* In the event of cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price* In the event of cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price* In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival: one hundred percent (100%) of the price* (* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.) 2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).

Holiday destination

The house features a large garden with plenty of privacy due to a conifer hedge and trees all around. The bustling shopping street with its cozy restaurants, cafes, and shops is just 300 meters away, as are the forest and the dunes. If you walk a bit further through the dunes, you'll reach the North Sea beach (Paal 19) in 10 minutes.

Getting there

By car, you drive to Den Helder. From there, you take the ferry to Texel. Upon reservation, you will receive further instructions for your journey.
