Cancellation policy
We recommend that you take out valid travel and cancellation insurance, as well as liability insurance. Any risks and costs associated with a cancellation will be borne by the renter.
A trip cancellation is possible at any time. However, a booking cancellation must be made in writing exclusively. The booking fee and the following cancellation fees are due:
- Up to 91 days before the start of the trip: 20% of the rental price
- From the 90th day to the 61st day before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price
- From the 60th day to the 31st day before the start of the trip: 75% of the rental price
- From the 30th day to the 14th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price
- Less than 14 days before the start of the trip, or if the trip is not commenced: the entire rental price
If the property is re-rented or otherwise occupied at a later date during the time you canceled, this is not a reason for an additional refund.

Octaaf is adjacent to the dune nature reserve 't Kooibos and the coastal nature reserve Abbestee. From Het Octaaf, you can easily reach the center of Callantsoog via a beautiful shortcut along the Kooibos.

You can pick up the keys at the NaarZee.com office. You'll find us at Dorfplatz 3b in Callantsoog, right by the stone steps to the beach.
