This spacious, approx. 80 sqm apartment is very suitable for families (2 adults with up to 3 children). It is comfortably furnished (entrance area, kitchenette with spacious dining area, parents' bedroom, children's bedroom, living room, bathroom). The outdoor area (approx. 350 sqm) features a terrace, parking space and a small garden with lawn for a relaxing stay. The complex is completely fenced and access to the parking space is via a gate system (electric control).

You can visit the oldest salt and moor bar in Northern Germany in Bad Sülze. Spend the day hiking, cycling or exploring the Recknitz by canoe and end your day on the terrace in the evening. When the weather is nice for swimming, a short trip to the Baltic Sea is a must, or a visit to the Marlow Bird Park, Ribnitz Amber Museum, the Oceanarium in Stralsund or the lively Hanseatic city of Rostock with its large harbour and impressive ships.
By car via the A 20 from Rostock --exit for Tribsees, then onto the L 192 towards Richtenberg, drive through Tribsees, about 2 km after the town sign turn left onto Rönkendorferstrasse towards Hugoldsdorf
