Cancellation policy
Cancelling You can cancel your rental of Villa Lona at any time. The cancelation fees depend on when we receive the note of your cancelling. - Up to 60 days before rental: 10 % of the rent, minimum € 50,00 for administration time and efforts - 59 - 29 days before rental: 50 % of the rental - 28 - 15 days before rental: 80% of the rental - less than 15 days before rental: 100% of the rental In case the villa can be rented out to someone else, the fees for the rented time will be dispensed. If the villa can be rented out completely during your cancelled time, you will only pay € 50,00 as administration fee. You are also allowed to suggest a tenant, though we are not obligated to agree. We recommend holiday cancellation insurance.

Only 3 km from the sea, surrounded by olive trees and macchia, Villa Lona is slightly elevated in a quiet, rural location between the seaside resort of San Pietro in Bevagna (3 km) and the charming town of Maruggio (6 km), which is inhabited all year round. Here you will find all shopping opportunities, restaurants and bars. The historic and modern town of Manduria (10 km) offers everything else. The fine sandy, white dune beaches with warm, turquoise water are perfect for a beach holiday

Unser erster Aufenthalt in der Villa war rundum gelungen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (gute Matratzen, überall Fliegengitter und Küchenausstattung top). Die ruhige Einzellage des Hauses war für uns perfekt. Auf der Terrasse konnten wir wunderbar entschleunigen (schön wären noch Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen gewesen). Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Frau N. war ebenfalls sehr gut. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, nach Maruggio fährt man auch nur wenige Minuten. Wir haben in der näheren Umgebung wunderbare Wanderungen unternommen und waren oft auch sehr gut essen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr gerne Gast in der Villa und können sie daher uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren jetzt das 4. mal in der Villa Lona und sind nach wie vor voll begeistert. Die Villa fühlte sich an wie ein zweites Zuhause. Die Neuerungen, Alarmanlage und Bett, haben die Villa Lona noch angenehmer gemacht. Auch unser Hund hat sich auf dem riesigen Grundstück sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur schade, dass 3 Wochen so schnell vorbei sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das tolle Haus nur empfehlen.
