Cancelling You can cancel your rental of Villa Lona at any time. The cancelation fees depend on when we receive the note of your cancelling. - Up to 60 days before rental: 10 % of the rent, minimum € 50,00 for administration time and efforts - 59 - 29 days before rental: 50 % of the rental - 28 - 15 days before rental: 80% of the rental - less than 15 days before rental: 100% of the rental In case the villa can be rented out to someone else, the fees for the rented time will be dispensed. If the villa can be rented out completely during your cancelled time, you will only pay € 50,00 as administration fee. You are also allowed to suggest a tenant, though we are not obligated to agree. We recommend holiday cancellation insurance.

Bei unserer Anreise wurden wir nett von der Verwalterin empfangen (spricht deutsch). Sie war auch immer der Ansprechpartner vor Ort - top. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben...ein sehr großes Grundstück, eine herrliche Terrasse mit Blick bis zum Meer - herrlich. Das Haus ist für 2 Personen sehr geräumig und hat eigentlich alles was man braucht. Im Schuppen befinden sich ebenfalls noch nützliche Utensilien (z.B. Sonnenschirm). Da es sehr heiß war, mussten wir öfter die in jedem Zimmer vorhanden Klimaanlage einschalten. Bitte darauf achten, dass der Strom extra bezahlt werden muss. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen. 1 Stern habe ich abgezogen, weil für uns die Matrazen etwas zu hart waren, aber das empfindet jeder sicherlich unterschiedlich und ändert nichts an der Empfehlung.

Lieber Herr Schubert, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung zu unserem Haus, es freut mich, dass es Ihnen so gut gefallen hat bei uns. Die Matratzen im großen Schlafzimmer sind neue Taschenfederkernmatratzen von höherer Qualität. Davon ist eine von der Härte "fest" und die zweite "mittelfest". Wir haben dieselben bei uns zuhause und schlafen gerne drauf. Aber wie Sie selbst sagen; die Präferenz von Matratzen ist sehr individuell. Wir hoffen, dass Sie noch ein weiteres Mal zu uns kommen möchten und würden Sie gerne wieder als unsere Gäste begrüßen. Liebe Grüße Bente Boekhoff

beste Lage - super Ausstattung - traumhafte Außendusche - uneingeschränkt eine Bewertung 5 von 5 Punkten.....wir haben schon zum dritten Male in dieser aussergewöhnlichen Ferienvilla , unseren Urlaub verbracht ! Für 2026 schon wieder gebucht ! TOP !
