Holiday destination
The villa itself is placed in a calm rural area at the outskirts of the village away from all other houses. The picturesque town of Motovun is only a few minutes drive, as well as numerous notable wineries such as Tomaz, Benvenuti, Rossi, Fakin and others. The old railroad turned bike trail Parenzana is located a few kilometers away. A wide selection of restaurants offering authentic Istrian cuisine are all within 15-20 min drive, and the nearest beaches and most popular towns, Porec and Rovin,j are roughly a half hour drive away.
Getting there
Arrival directly to the villa is possible by car/van, the road is mosty asphalt except for the last 100 m of gravel road which was recently made and easy to drive on.

There were so many things that made our stay special: a beautiful panorama of Istrian hills, lovely sunsets, peace and seclusion, beautiful interior design of the villa, lovely swimming-pool area with sun umbrella and swing... We enjoyed our morning coffees and afternoon cocktails outdoors, sitting at the porch table, before cooling down in a big pool.
The location of the villa let us easily visit places around Istria, both at the west coast (beautiful towns of Porec, Rovinj), and the east coast (clear-watered seaside).
Our hosts were ever so hospitable and helpful, they made us feel welcomed and introduced us to so many places, events, foods and drinks that Istria has to offer! Wow!
All in all, we couldn't have asked for more! It was a fantastic experience and we will definitely come back here again!
