The apartment Cielo, lies on the upper floor of the Residence Conca Verde, a completly new high quality construction with pool.
The apartment is modern furnished and consists of: living room with kitchen area, sofa bed and terrace, bedroom with terrace, bathroom with shower, private parking space (2,50 X 4,50 m) in the underground garage.
The common garden offers a 10 x 4 m pool heated only with solarpanels (seasonal opening ca. 1.5.-30.9.2024 depending on weather and temperatures). The 2 terraces with lake view, furnished with a table, 4 chairs and 2 deckchairs, invites to relax outdoors.
The residence consists of 7 apartments and for safety reasons children are only accepted from the age of 8 and pets are not allowed.
Bed linen, bath towels and 1 pool towel per person are available.

Nearby are also numerous paths for hiking and mountain bike routes.
The Residence Conca Verde is situated in a sunny and quiet position in Trarego Viggiona, a few minutes before the village of Viggiona, where there are 2 restaurants, about 2 km from the village of Trarego, where a small grocery corner shop is located and about 4 km from Cannero Riviera with its beautiful beach, grocery shop and lakeside promenade with restaurants and cafes.
Main road from Switzerland (border Brissago - Cannobio Piaggio Valmara) to Cannero Riviera, in Cannero Riviera turn right towards Trarego Viggiona and after about 4 km on the 9th hairpin bend turn left. The first property is Residence Conca Verde, your apartment Cielo is at the upper floor on the right. After handing over the keys, you can park in the underground car park on the first parking space on the right.
