If you cancel from the 20th day to the 14th day inclusive before the agreed rental start date, 40% of the travel price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If you cancel from the 13th day up to the last day before the agreed rental start date, 90% of the travel price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If you cancel later or do not start the trip, the entire travel price will be due.

Host informationFor over two decades now, we have been extensively traveling through our neighboring country France, several of those years by motorhome. In 2019, we fell in love with a beautiful historic property and purchased one of the residential units there. At the beginning of 2023, we were able to acquire the neighboring apartment as well. We are delighted to invite you to spend a few days in this unique retreat.

1 Woche Urlaub in der Wohnung Le Chapitre waren perfekt: sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, es fehlte an nichts! Fantastische Landschaft , gute Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen (Beziers, Markt Pezenas, Narbonne, Carcassonne, Sete, St. Guilhem-de-Desert und viele schöne Strände).
Die Betreuung und der Einsatz der Gastgeber war vorzüglich. Nochmal Danke, auch für die Hilfe beim Internet-TV!
Die Wohnung ist rundum zu empfehlen.
(Ein Mückenschutznetz über dem Bett wäre hilfreich)

We spent a wonderful three weeks in this well equipped and comfortable apartment in an idyllic setting. The garden has recently been landscaped and has garden furniture and cooking facilities. Communication in English with Jurgen & Evelyn was excellent.
