Cancellation policy

Withdrawal by the tenant a.) If the tenant does not start the trip or withdraws from the rental agreement, the following cancellation fees will be charged by the landlord, unless otherwise agreed in the rental agreement: Cancellation up to 180 days before the start of the rental period = 10% of the rental price In the event of a later cancellation, the entire rental price will be charged. b.) The withdrawal must be declared in writing to the landlord. c.) The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement at any time, provided that he provides an equivalent replacement tenant. In this case, the landlord will keep the down payment. If the landlord succeeds in procuring a replacement tenant, the flat-rate processing fee is €50.00. In addition, the tenant has to accept any price reduction that must be granted to the replacement tenant. d.) In the event of early departure or late arrival, the tenant remains obliged to pay the rent in full.
