Cancellation policy
The Tenant may withdraw from the contract at any time. Withdrawal must be made in writing. In case of withdrawal, the Tenant must reimburse the Landlord for damage in the following amounts:
• In case of withdrawal within 60 days before the beginning of the stay, 30% of the total price,
• In case of withdrawal between the 59th and the 30th day before the beginning of the stay, 50 % of the total price,
• In case of withdrawal between the 29th day and the day before the beginning of the stay, 80 % of the total price.
In any case, the legally valid date will be that in which the withdrawal was notified. Amounts already paid will be taken into account. A replacement person may be indicated, who will enter into the conditions of the contract. To this end, notice in writing will be sufficient.

Holiday destination
The vacation apartment is located directly by the sea on the coast between Capo Tindari and Capo di Milazzo. Quietly located on the periphery of Terme Vigliatore in the north of Sicily. In front of the coast, you can see the Aeolian Islands. A very popular destination, which can be reached from Milazzo with various tours.
Highly recommended attractions, besides the main attractions Etna, Cefalù and Taormina, are the beaches and nature reserves Laghetti di Marinello and Piscina di Venere.
Getting there
We recommend Catania airport (153 km) or Palermo airport (213 km). On the A20 Messina - Palermo highway, if you are coming from the direction of Messina or Catania, please take the exit Barcellona P.G. If you are coming from the direction of Palermo, please take the exit Falcone.
