The decisive factor for the amount of the cancellation fee is the day on which the written cancellation is received by the landlord. You are allowed to look for a replacement tenant. We as landlords reserve the right to accept your replacement tenant. Should we decide to accept your replacement tenant, your respective cancellation fee will only be paid out once the replacement tenant's money has been received in our account.
We advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance in any case, which also includes coverage for Covid-19.

Costa Calma is a small town on the east coast of Fuerteventura.
Casa Solea is located in a quiet area. Nearby, you will find a mini-market as well as a shopping center with dining options. Also within walking distance (< 1 Km), you can reach the city center with various shopping and retail opportunities, as well as restaurants & bars. The beach is also at this distance.
Getting there
By plane from Germany to Fuerteventura, Puerto del Rosario. From there, take a bus, taxi, or rental car via the FV2 towards Morro Jable to Costa Calma.
- Take exit 68 Costa Calma East
- At the end of the exit, you will come to a small roundabout, take the second exit towards Costa Calma
- Continue to the next large roundabout, here take the 4th exit / Calla Puerto de la Cebada
- Follow the road until you reach a T-junction
- Turn left onto Calle de la Playa de la Jaqueta
- Follow the road for about 500 meters until you see the Solymar bungalow complex starting on the right side
- Take the last entrance on the right, up to bungalow 26B / Casa Solea.

Die Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren angenehm überrascht über die Ausstattung. Der Pool, ca. 1,20m tief, erlaubte es unseren Kindern, schwimmen zu üben. Sie wollten da gar nicht mehr raus. Der Strand in Costa Calma ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern in Casa Solea und haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Für den täglichen Bedarf war alles vorhanden. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
