Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels a rental agreement for any reason, they are obliged to pay compensation to the landlord amounting to the rent or a part of it.
Cancellations by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or email).
In this case, the following rules apply:
From the time of booking up to six weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental period up to the second week before the start, we will charge you 75%. From two weeks before the start of the rental period, we will charge 100%. In addition, you will also pay an administration fee of €35. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any payments already made will be refunded. To avoid disputes, we recommend that the tenant take out cancellation insurance with a (travel) insurance company.

Der Ort ist wunderbar. Auch der Standort der Wohnung war genial, sehr ruhig gelegen und der Weg zum Stand ist barrierefrei & ziemlich kurz.
Lediglich hat uns dieses Mal die Wohnung nicht so ganz zugesagt, liegt aber alles im Auge des Betrachters.
