GENERAL CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
For holiday rentals
1. The Guest Accommodation Contract becomes binding when the accommodation is ordered. This can be done orally, in writing, by telephone or by e-mail.
A written confirmation of the reservation details ensures the correctness of the transmitted data.
2. The tenant is obligated to handle the apartment and the inventory with care. Damage caused by the tenant or any roommates to the rental property must be reported to the landlord and paid for.
The maximum occupancy of 4 guests must not be exceeded (children up to 3 years excluded).
Our apartment cannot be booked for bachelor parties or other party events!
3. The accommodation company is obliged to pay compensation to the guest if the apartment is not provided.
4. If the guest cancels the contract, the landlord is entitled to charge compensation based on the amount of the agreed rental price.
If it is not possible to re-let the apartment for the same period and rate, the following cancellation fees apply:
up to 30 days prior to commencement of travel: 30%;
From the 14th days prior to commencement of travel: 80%;
On day of arrival: 100%

The Hessian State Garden Show will take place in Fulda from April to October 2023.
The Rhön is a UNESCO biosphere reserve and has also been recognized as a star park. Both mean the area is well protected and is home to almost natural (night) landscapes.
Holiday destination
Our house is in a residential area of Petersberg. Located between the local recreation area of Rauschenberg, the "Green Lung" park and the historic Church of the Holy Sepulchre of St. Lioba, "St. Peter" is the ideal starting point for cultural excursions to the centre of the baroque city of Fulda, which is only 3 km away, as well as for a variety of activities in the nearby Rhön: hiking, cycling/mountain biking, skiing and much more.
And for the little ones, the nearest playground is only 150 m away!
Getting there
The municipality of Petersberg is located in the heart of Germany, directly on the A7 motorway (Fulda-Mitte junction) and only a few minutes from the Fulda ICE train station.
We would be happy to pick you up from the train station!
