Holiday destination
Cannobio is the first town just past the Swiss border. It's an idyllic fishing village that has grown a bit in recent years, yet has retained its typical Italian charm.
Directly from the apartment, you can embark on beautiful hikes, take a boat to the market in Luino on the opposite shore, or visit the Borromean Islands.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Bei technischen Problemen sind die Gastgeber schnell zur Stelle.
Der Balkon mit Blick auf See und Promenade ist schön für ein Abendessen zu zweit allerdings ohne Trennung zur Nachbarwohnung.
Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche in der schönen Wohnung.

Wir waren als "Patchwork"-Familie angereist - während ich mit meinem Lebensgefährten im Wohnmobil auf dem Campingplatz übernachtet habe, hatte sich meine Mutter mit meinen beiden erwachsenen Töchtern die Ferienwohnung geteilt.
Es war alles bestens, die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Nachbarn waren durch die Verbindungstür nur selten zu hören. Die Ausstattung ist eher spartanisch, aber bei einer Woche Sonnenwetter wurde nichts vermisst, da die Küche so gut wie gar nicht benutzt wurde.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach unschlagbar - man sitzt auf dem Balkon quasi mitten im Getümmel und hat trotzdem meistens zu einer christlichen Uhrzeit seine Nachtruhe, sogar in der Hochsaison.
Sehr gute Betreuung durch die deutsche Kontaktperson im Vorfeld - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
