- Cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
- Cancellation up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price
- Cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
The receipt of the cancellation notice by us is decisive.
Corona special regulation: If there is an official travel warning from the Foreign Office for Andalusia or all of Spain for the time of your planned stay in our holiday apartment, you can also cancel the rental agreement at short notice and free of charge.

Not far from the holiday apartment, there is a lovely little park with pine trees, magnificent sea views, a children's playground, and a charming café.
Visit the royal riding school in Jerez or a sherry bodega. Take trips to the most beautiful cities of Andalusia (Cádiz, Sevilla, Ronda, Granada), to the picturesque white villages (Vejer, Arcos, Setenil), to Morocco, or to the Doñana National Park.
Holiday destination
Conil – that's white houses and palm trees under a deep blue sky and a miles-long, fine sandy beach. And all of this with around 3,200 hours of sunshine per year!
The holiday apartment is located in one of the best residential areas of Conil with nice restaurants and bars. It's only a 10-minute walk to the lively old town with its tapas bars, restaurants, and shops.
Getting there
If you have plenty of time, you can travel by car. The distance from Frankfurt am Main, for example, is around 2,500 km.
For air travel, Jerez de la Frontera Airport (62 km) is recommended, but the airports of Seville (130 km) and Málaga (220 km) are also easily accessible.
In principle, you do not need a car in Conil, as you can comfortably reach everything on foot. There are also bus connections to the surrounding cities and to the airports Jerez and Málaga. However, if you want to explore the beautiful countryside, renting a car is advantageous.
Outside of the peak season, there are usually enough parking spaces near the house. However, during popular times and in the high season, parking can become difficult – as it is throughout the town.

Wir haben die 10 Tage in der Ferienwohnung Mar y Pinos in Conil de la Frontera sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig sowie nah zu Meer und Orstsmitte gelegen, super gut ausgestattet und auch von der Raumaufteilung her perfekt. Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Frau Frommann sowie mit Katharina.

Wir haben 14 wunderschöne Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung verbracht. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht und man fühlt sich in dieser mit Auge fürs Detail eingerichteten und gepflegten Wohnung sofort wohl. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld sowie der Empfang in der Wohnung war herzlich und die Informationsmappe wirklich umfassend und hilfreich (die Panaderia in Chiclana hätten wir niemals entdeckt und auch die Führung in Vejer mit Manuel war super). Die Lage ist perfekt - nicht weit in die Altstadt (leider zu dieser Jahreszeit schon ziemlich tot) und wenige Schritte zum kilometerlangen Sandstrand, wo man herrlich laufen kann. Nachts war es absolut ruhig, nur das Meeresrauschen war entfernt zu hören :-). 100% Weiterempfehlung!
