Cancellation policy
Cancellation: It is generally possible to cancel the booking of the holiday home. The following cancellation fees apply:
Up to 90 days before the start of the trip: 25% of the travel price (corresponding to the deposit, which we will then retain).
From 89 to 30 days before the start of the trip: 50% of the travel price.
From 29 to 7 days before the start of the trip: 90% of the total amount.
7 days until the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the travel price.
Once we have received the cancellation from you, we will immediately look for other guests for the respective period and offset the income against the cancellation fees. With timely notification of the cancellation, it has almost always been possible to rent the house without further cancellation costs. Nevertheless, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
This avoids unnecessary trouble in case of a cancellation.

We definitely recommend renting a car to explore the beautiful area. In addition to many great coves around Portocolom, there are many small villages you can visit.
Holiday destination
Porto Colom is a cozy fishing village with a protected harbor. The old town has managed to retain its Mallorcan charm and is still considered an insider tip. There is a nice selection of eateries and small shops. Located on the peninsula "Sa Punta de Ses Crestes" with its old lighthouse, the villa district of Porto Colom is only accessible via a small side road - an ideal home base for exploring the island with a rented car!
Getting there
Traveling by car is recommended.
Arrival is usually after 4:00 PM, departure is usually by 10:00 AM, individual arrangements are possible only at short notice.

Tolles Haus, traumhafter Ausblick, super gepflegt, gut und sehr freundlich organisiert. Wenn Malle dann gerne wieder hier.

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Jugendlichen eine Woche in diesem Haus. Es liegt wunderschön, sehr sauber und gepflegt und die persönliche Betreuung durch Fernando Sanchez ist perfekt.
Der Pool ist schön groß, prima zum Baden. Wir waren immer allein. Die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist traumhaft.
Zum kleinen sehr schönen Strand kann man in 10 min laufen.
Moskitonetze an den Fenstern wären toll.
Sonst war wirklich alles wunderbar.
