Cancellation policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. If you are unable to travel, you can cancel up to 4 weeks before your arrival date. In this case, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of your trip, the entire price of the trip will be due. I recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The apartment is located in Terlan and is about 1,200m from the town center, and about 600m from the swimming pool. Terlan is about 10km from Bolzano and 15km from Merano. In the village there is a bus and a train station for both directions. It is therefore the ideal place to explore the area, even without a car. Numerous well-known ski resorts can be reached in 45 minutes by car.

Wir haben 9 Tage in dieser wunderbaren FeWo verbracht. Super-Vermieter! Tolle Umgebung! Traumhafte Lage! Sehr ruhig. Und wir haben überall in der Nähe schöne Wandertouren gefunden. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

Wir waren 1 Woche in Südtirol in dieser traumhaften FEWO.
Wetter war bescheiden, aber wir haben die Sonnenstrahlen zwischen den Wolken, dank der super gelegenen Terrasse und der tollen Ausrichtung genossen.
