Die Ankunft war enttäuschend, das Haus war nicht rechtzeitig fertig und vieles war bei der Ankunft noch schmutzig. Die Badezimmer waren sauber, aber die Küche hatte viele Flecken. Sehr staubig und kein einziges Fenster war frei von Spinnweben oder Flecken. 3 Mal bei der Ankunft reklamiert. Reinigungsmaßnahmen wurden erst am Mittwoch (2 Tage später) durchgeführt.
