Cancellation policy
Please inform us in writing about your cancellation.
If canceled up to 365 days before the scheduled arrival date, processing fees of € 80 will be charged.
Cancellations made 94 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount. During this period, 50% of the total cost will be billed for the cancellation.
Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur a charge of 80% of the total price.
In case of cancellation within less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, non-arrival, or in the event of early departure or delayed arrival, 100% of the agreed total price for the booked arrangement will be charged.
Cancellations made verbally are not valid, and rebooking is not possible.

De camping is zeer mooi gelegen en van alle faciliteiten en comfort voorzien. Het dorpje Prad am Stilfserjoch is een ideale startplaats om wandeltochten in de omgeving te maken. Bij slecht weer kunnen de kinderen zich prima vermaken in het zwembad, de fitness ruimte of de sauna. Ik kan het iedereen aanbevelen. Voor een vakantie in het voorseizoen vond ik de prijs wel aan de hoge kant.

Zwei Wochen waren wir im App. Montoni und haben uns sehr gut erholt! Das Appartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Montoni war super! Die Bilder der Homepage stimmen mit der Realität überein! Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Morgens gibt es eine große Auswahl an Brötchen und der Apfelstrudel nachmittags ist köstlich! Familie Wunderer und ihre Mitarbeiter kümmern sich sehr aufmerksam um ihre Gäste. Prad ist ein guter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen verschiedenster Schwierigkeitsstufen! Wir freuen uns auf unseren Urlaub in der Sägemühle im nächsten Jahr
