Das Haus ist alt, es riecht sehr muffig und es ist innen feucht. Die Betten und Stühle sind unbequem. Es kann auch gründlich gereinigt werden, um Spinnweben und feuchte Stellen zu entfernen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, man kann in alle Richtungen laufen. Außerhalb der Saison gibt es in Bezug auf Terrassen/Restaurants wenig zu tun.

Schade, dass das Haus ein bisschen "abgenutzt" ist. Nicht alles war sauber und die Küchenschränke fielen fast auseinander. Schlechte Betten und vieles im und ums Haus war beschädigt. Und das war sehr schade, zumal der Park, die Lage, die Umgebung usw. sicherlich sehr gut war. Das Wetter hat dazu beigetragen. Belvilla täte gut daran, mehrere Häuser zu renovieren und sauber zu hinterlassen. Wenn das in Ordnung ist, lässt sich der Urlaub noch mehr genießen.
