Unser Chalet war schmutzig. Überall Hundehaare. Ein übler Hundeuringeruch im Schlafzimmer. Flecken (Urin???) auf den Matratzen und dem Bett.
Wir baten um ein anderes Chalet oder zumindest um neue Herrinnen. Dies war nicht möglich, das einzige, was sie anbieten konnten, war eine zusätzliche Reinigung. Das machte einen gewissen Unterschied, aber der üble Hundegeruch blieb bestehen. Es war schrecklich.
